A Personal Approach to Property, Backed by Real Experience
I’m a former ad man, passionate cyclist, and hands-on property investor. Years of building brands, running my own ventures, and investing in real estate have shaped how I approach every client — with insight, care, and the bigger picture in mind. Now based in KUALA LUMPUR and focused on NEW Project Launches around the KLANG VALLEY, JOHOR BAHRU and PENANG, I help clients make smarter moves with real clarity and purpose.
It all began with a hot, packed mini bus ride into the city.
I didn’t grow up around big money, but I did grow up around BIG LESSONS.
As a young boy, I’d follow my mum on monthly trips into town. She didn’t drive, so we’d squeeze onto one of those old pink mini buses — no air-conditioning, standing shoulder to shoulder with strangers, inching through traffic towards PUDURAYA during peak hour heat.
All that effort just to collect RM400 rent from her tenant — for a humble property she owned in AMPANG. At the time, I didn’t fully understand what I was witnessing.
Lessons That Stay With You
But it left an imprint. Looking back, I realise those small, determined steps were part of something far GREATER. She wasn’t just collecting rent — she was building something of her own.
Quietly. Steadily. One month at a time. No shortcuts. Just patience, grit, and long-term thinking. It wasn’t glamorous. It wasn’t loud. But it was hers.
These weren’t just FINANCIAL lessons. They were LIFE lessons. And they stayed with me — even as life moved on.
Bringing It All Together
That seed followed me into the corporate world, through advertising boardrooms and client pitches. For over a decade, I worked in top agencies like Ogilvy, Grey and Geometry — both locally and abroad — building global brands for multinational clients.
Then in 2014, I returned to MALAYSIA to run my own ventures, creating something for myself, just like my mum once did.
Along the way, I began my investing journey — buying and managing multiple properties, both new launches and subsales. I learned firsthand by doing. Started to understand what it really means to invest — and where people often get stuck.
